1) Run up Remote Manager.
2) Select an account.
3) In the menu, select [Communication -> Settings] and then the [Connection] tab.
4) Find the [Serial] group and select the [Serial] radio button.
5) Select the COM port that is the Virtual COM port (default COM 2) and chagne the [Baud RAte] from 'autodetect' to 9600.
6) Click on [OK].
When a connection to a remote site is needed, follow the same process as described in the above WinLoad application steps.
